Our Sales Rep when purchasing a new Corolla Hybrid was most helful, professional and patient. This is a fairly new experience dealing with Toyota Checkered Flag. I would highly recommend dealing with them.
They do good work but it takes forever. Hour or more wait to get a ride home. The average visit with travel both ways takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

The service department does not answer calls or return voicemails. The service on my truck was satisfactory, but communication before the the visit was poor.
Wow, what a treat! I came in for service, which was fine, but now I get the luxury of a permanent subscription nag screen every time I start my car. How thoughtful of Toyota to remind me daily that I’m not paying extra for something I don’t want. It’s like having a pushy salesperson living in my dashboard. Truly cutting-edge customer experience! If only ignoring it made it go away… but no, Toyota really wants me to know what I’m missing out on. Thanks, I guess.
